I tried hypnosis to lose weight but what I got was so much more. Yes, I am losing weight (yeah!) but I’ve taken back control in my life. Hypnosis has opened my eyes to the power of positivity and how my thoughts become realities.

I thought that losing weight was the key to my happiness.  It turns out, the extra weight was an excuse that kept me from focusing on what I was truly lacking. I am now eatingwhen I am hungry to fuel my body instead of eating out of boredom or stress.  I've learned to pay attention to my stressors and better deal with them by finding enjoyable or productive outlets instead of turning to food.  My go-tos have been exercise and cleaning.  My clothes fit so much better and my house has never been cleaner.

As an added bonus, after a few sessions with Lisa, my chronic pain has subsided.  I’d suffered with rotator cuff pain for years. It prevented me from lifting, reaching and weight bearing exercise. Today, I did 50 push-ups!  It’s amazing how just tweaking my thoughts affected my feelings which affects everything!  Adjusting my perspective, allowed me to lose weight, feel connected, and take charge.  I have energy and the desire to make changes so I can live the life I've always wanted to live.  

Lisa's gentle guidance helped me get to the bottom of what was really holding me back and to my surprise, it was not weight.  She helped me come up with a plan and now I'm strong and in control. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lisa did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable about the hypnosis. It was really quite easy and relaxing.

 

I wanted to lose weight, but we set several goals. As of today, I am down 7 pounds and counting, fit into some ‘goal' clothes, am running faster and feel proud of myself. Each of the sessions was unique and worked on different aspects of my struggle with that last 10 pounds.

I am amazed by my result after hypnosis sessions with Lisa! I wasn’t sure if I would be able to be hypnotized, but it turned out to be really easy.

I was able to change my thinking around food which made weight loss so simple. There was no feeling of deprivation. I just ate when I was hungry instead of when I was bored, anxious or stressed. That's it! I'm down 12 lbs and feel great.

As a bonus, my chronic neck and shoulder pain has lessened from a 9 to a 2 and now I’m sleeping through the night!
