What better way to celebrate World Hypnosis Day on January 4th than by learning how to tap into your subconscious mind with an introduction to Self-Hypnosis.  

Find a quiet place, get connected to Zoom, put on some headphones and get ready to RELAX as you experience the hypnotic state.  You will learn how to intentionally slow down your mind to bring about the state of hypnosis and relaxation on your own.  

What happens during this workshop is up to you, but I know you will enjoy the journey!  Have a pen and paper handy to write down any insights you may receive from your experience.
