I've been doing yoga videos 3 times a week, MWF, first thing in the morning without even a glimmer of a thought to skip it.
At a family party, when faced with a table full of desserts, I ate one chocolate macaroon and felt totally satisfied. I can't believe I didn't even want to eat anything else. Amazing!
Freedom from the obsession of food that literally can consume everything.
I have been easily staying away from snacks. Shockingly easily. Not willpower or resisting, just no interest.
I have been pausing
before I eat to identify if I am hungry or bored.
If I am bored, I get up
and do something.
There is such a weight off of me.
The pressure is gone.
I've worn belt on last hole forever.
Last week moved in one notch.
This week the next one.
That's 3 holes in!
